Thus, the health and safety of personal or safeguarding the environment and no damage to any existing facilities of client or any local community, it is our responsibility and constant commitment to protect them and develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve the services.. Our Safety, Quality and Environment focus is the fountainhead of our motto which emphasizes the importance of doing it ''Right First Time – Every Time''. Our every employee is motivated to apply this motto to every task he performs. In addition, to achieve operational safety along with employees' efficiency, we aim for maximum employee involvement. With customer satisfaction as the prime focus, we move on ensuring that our approach is innovative and our excellent performance gives as the competitive edge. To achieve its objectives, related to all aspects of operations three elements are required:
1. To comply and to formalized procedures and work in a systematic manner to minimize deficiencies. 2. To ensure that all procedures are implemented and regularly reviewed to reflect design and equipment changes. 3. Monitor the implementation of the QMS program by regular Audits. |
